We aim to collect only what we need to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

How we use information

• Provide and operate the Platform, including scheduling.

How we share information

• With other users: Limited profile and scheduling information may be shared to facilitate Sessions (for example, provider profile details shown to students).
• With service providers: We use vendors to host data, run the Platform, provide analytics, and process payments. They may access information only to perform services for IvyWay and are expected to protect it.
• For legal and safety reasons: If required by law, subpoena, or similar legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of IvyWay, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business (subject to standard confidentiality protections).

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. IvyWay may receive information from payment processors (for example, a payment status and limited billing details). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
